Controlled Medication Book

Developed by certified MAP trainers, this controlled substance documentation book is geared toward the specific needs of staff certified under the Medication Administration Program (MAP). The book meets all MAP requirements and is approved by the Department of Developmental Services and the Department of Mental Health.
