Mike Hyland
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mike Hyland has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2014 and has more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Prior to joining Venture, he was Vice President of Adult Programs at Kennedy-Donovan Center, where he oversaw clinical services for adults with developmental disabilities and youth with complex needs.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a Master of Social Work from Boston College. In 2025, he was recognized as a Power 100 honoree by the Worcester Business Journal. He also serves on state and national leadership boards, including ADDP and ANCOR, and is actively involved in legislative advocacy for the human services sector.
Mary Bellezza
Chief Financial Officer
mbellezza@venturecs.orgMary Bellezza serves as Chief Financial Officer, leading the organization’s financial strategy and ensuring alignment with Venture’s mission. She joined Venture in 2022 and has played a key role in strengthening financial operations.
Mary brings over 25 years of experience across finance and operations, with previous roles at PTC, Planpow Realty, Golf Two Enterprises, and Key Equipment Finance.
She holds an MBA in Finance from Boston College and a degree in Business Management from Bentley University, and is actively involved in her community through local boards and volunteer work.
Tiffany Breau
Vice President of Property Management
tbreau@venturecs.orgTiffany Breau serves as Vice President of Property Management and has been a dedicated member of the organization since 2002. She oversees an extensive portfolio, including Venture’s headquarters, all day habilitation locations, and 62 residential homes spanning from Western Massachusetts to suburban Boston.
Kevin Hughes
Vice President of Clinical Services
khughes@venturecs.orgKevin Hughes serves as Vice President of Clinical Services, overseeing clinical supports across the organization. He began his career with Venture as a Behavior Analyst and has grown into a key leadership role, bringing deep expertise in behavioral health.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He also completed postgraduate work at Western New England University to earn his Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
Kerrie Mason
Vice President of Advancement & Marketing
kmason@venturecs.orgKerrie Mason serves as Vice President of Advancement & Marketing and has been with Venture since 2004, joining the senior leadership team in 2013. She leads branding, communications, community relations, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
Kerrie played a key role in spearheading Venture’s rebranding, including the development of its name, logo, and mission. She brings prior experience in marketing and events from the Publick House Historic Inn and Digital Equipment Corporation, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Westfield State University.
Kelsey Mondor
Associate VP Community Engagement
kmondor@venturecs.orgKelsey Mondor serves as Associate Vice President of Community Engagement, leading efforts to strengthen partnerships and expand Venture’s presence throughout the community. She plays a key role in advancing advocacy initiatives, enhancing events, and growing community outreach.
Kelsey has helped drive many of Venture’s most visible and impactful efforts, including political advocacy, social media engagement, and the Wellness Works program. Her work continues to elevate awareness and deepen connections to the organization’s mission.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.
Damien Pittola
Chief Human Resources / I.T. Officer
dpittola@venturecs.orgDamien Pittola serves as Chief Resources & IT Officer, overseeing human resources, compliance, and technology initiatives to support Venture’s mission and operations. He brings over 20 years of experience in human resource management, including expertise in compliance, labor relations, and employee development.
Damien has worked across the social services, retail, and logistics sectors and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. He also serves on the board of the Celebrate Kate Foundation and volunteers locally to support workforce development initiatives.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science in Labor and Employee Relations from Penn State University and is certified as a Forensic Interviewer.
Pam Sampson
Chief Program Officer
psampson@venturecs.orgPam Sampson serves as Chief Program Officer, overseeing service delivery and operations across Venture’s residential, day, and community-based programs. She leads a broad portfolio that includes 62 community residences, day habilitation, employment supports, and individual services, while also serving as a key liaison to external partners.
Pam brings more than 35 years of experience in the human services field, with a strong background in program leadership and operations. Prior to joining Venture, she served as Regional Director at Kennedy-Donovan Center and held multiple leadership roles at Alternatives Unlimited.
She holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration and Finance from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Business Administration from New England College.

Venture Community Services is supported by a volunteer Human Rights Committee made up of community members and individuals who receive services. Meeting quarterly, the committee helps ensure an environment where rights are respected, voices are heard, and individuals are empowered.
